Payment Instructions

Invoices

Annual Fees

Annual fee processing is completed by January 15 and available in the OARS system. Invoices are emailed directly to the Accredited Provider Program Director (AP-PD) from OARS. You can also log in to your OARS dashboard to view, print, and pay invoices. Fees are due within 30 days of receiving the invoice. Payment Instructions

All fees must be paid by check or credit card in the online application portal (OARS). The AP-PD is the only one with access to the OARS portal and is responsible for ensuring that the invoice gets to the correct billing associate.

Other Important Information
  • Initial Accreditation is for a 2-year term.
  • Re-Accrediting organizations are accredited for up to 4 years unless a provisional period is required.
  • Fees are shown in US dollars and based on organization type, (appraisal fee is inclusive) and are adjusted biennially to cover costs.
  • Annual fees are billed in January of each calendar year for all organizations and are due within 30 days of receipt.
  • Application Fees are based on your accreditation cycle and are automatically billed in the OARS system once your application is submitted (March 1, July 1, November 1).
  • Fees are shown in US dollars. ANCC reserves the right to adjust fees as needed without notice.
