Payment Instructions
Invoices
Annual Fees
Annual fee processing is completed by January 15 and available in the OARS system. Invoices are emailed directly to the Accredited Provider Program Director (AP-PD) from OARS. You can also log in to your OARS dashboard to view, print, and pay invoices. Fees are due within 30 days of receiving the invoice. For a breakdown of fees please visit our Accreditation Fees Page.
Payment Instructions
All fees must be paid by check or credit card in the online application portal (OARS). The AP-PD is the only one with access to the OARS portal and is responsible for ensuring that the invoice gets to the correct billing associate.

Other Important Information
- Initial Accreditation is for a 2-year term.
- Re-Accrediting organizations are accredited for up to 4 years unless a provisional period is required.
- Fees are shown in US dollars and based on organization type, (appraisal fee is inclusive) and are adjusted biennially to cover costs.
- Annual fees are billed in January of each calendar year for all organizations and are due within 30 days of receipt.
- Application Fees are based on your accreditation cycle and are automatically billed in the OARS system once your application is submitted (March 1, July 1, November 1).
- Fees are shown in US dollars. ANCC reserves the right to adjust fees as needed without notice.
