Nominations & Elections Committee

The Nominations and Elections Committee, a standing committee of the ANA Membership Assembly, is comprised of seven members Constituent and State Nurses Association (C/SNA) or the Individual Member Division (IMD) elected by the ANA Membership Assembly.

The responsibilities of the Nominations and Elections Committee as defined by the ANA Bylaws (Article V, Section 5.c), can be found in the profile below. 

2025 National Elections - Call for Nominations Now CLOSED

Thursday, January 16, 2025 -- The ANA Nominations and Elections Committee Call for Nominations for Elected Positions is now closed. The deadline to submit an application was 11:59pm ET, January 15, 2025. If an additional Call for Nominations is needed for any of the below positions, it will open on January 31, 2025.

ANA Board of Directors

Two (2) Officers:

  • Vice President
  • Treasurer

Two (2) Directors-At-Large:

  • One (1) Director-at-Large
  • One (1) Director-at-Large, Recent Graduate

ANA Nominations and Elections Committee

  • Four (4) Member positions

The term of service for all positions is January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027.
